Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. Published by Projk LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

This policy covers the 345 Construction Pro Calc app ("the app"), the small online service that starts your trial and checks your purchase ("the service"), and our website at 345calc.com ("the website").

The short version

What we collect and why

WhatDetailsWhy
Install ID and access recordA random ID and secret token the app creates on first launch, your platform (iOS or Android), when your trial started and ends, and whether you have unlocked the app. Kept on your phone and on our service.Run the trial, recognize your purchase, keep the app working.
Device proofThe app asks Apple (DeviceCheck) or Google (Play Integrity) for a token that says this is a genuine device. We send it to our service, which checks it with Apple or Google. We do not receive your device's serial number, advertising ID or other identifiers. Apple keeps a small flag for our developer account that survives reinstalling.Stop one phone from starting unlimited free trials.
PurchasesThe App Store or Google Play takes your payment; we never see your card. Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, tells us the product, price, currency, store, transaction ID, time, and any refund or restore.Unlock the app, honor restores and refunds.
Usage eventsEvent names such as first open, onboarding steps, theme chosen, trial started, calculation completed (no values), purchase offer shown or tapped, purchase, restore, refund, reminder shown, and code or link used. Each carries the install ID, app version and platform, and which version of a test you were shown. Sent to PostHog.Learn which parts of the app work and fix the ones that do not.
Codes and linksA school, group or partner code you enter, a partner link that opened the app, or the campaign name in the Google Play install referrer. Stored with your install ID.Give you the trial length or access that code offers, and credit the school or partner correctly.
Server recordsOur host, Cloudflare, sees your IP address when your phone contacts the service. We do not save IP addresses in our database; Cloudflare may keep standard logs. We also keep a short log of actions on the service (for example "trial started") with the install ID and time.Deliver requests, catch abuse, investigate problems.
Website requestsIf you send a request through a form on the website (class code, bulk quote or partner application), we save the organization or name you typed, your email, the number of people, the few answers you pick, and the policy version you agreed to. With it we save the campaign tags from the link you arrived on (for example utm_source) and a random visit ID that exists only in your browser tab, so we can tell which ad or link led to the request. We also record, in PostHog, that a request was sent: its type, a size band and the campaign, never your name, email or organization. Our host, Cloudflare, sees your IP address and keeps standard logs.Answer your request, decide whether to approve a code or partnership, and learn which links and ads work.
Ad measurement (only if you agree)Once, well after you start using the app, we ask whether you will let us share app activity with Meta: on iPhone through Apple's tracking prompt, on Android through a short notice. If you say yes, the app turns on Meta's measurement tool and sends your device's advertising ID, the install, and a purchase event (the product and price) to Meta. Calculations and tape are never sent. If you say no, nothing is sent.Learn whether our ads lead to installs and purchases.

We do not collect your calculations or tape, your name, email, phone number, address, contacts, location, photos, files, microphone or camera. We read your device's advertising ID only if you agree to share app activity with Meta, as described above.

Who receives it

We use these service providers, who handle data for us under their own terms: Apple and Google (purchases, device proof, Play install referrer), RevenueCat (purchase checking), PostHog (usage events, hosted in the United States), Cloudflare (hosting for the service and the website, the database that holds website requests, and Turnstile, the bot check on our forms), Google Fonts (the website loads its typeface from Google, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads), and, only if you agree, Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell personal information. If you agree when asked, Meta receives the app activity described above and uses it to measure our ads, under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the service from abuse.

How long we keep it

Access records are kept as long as the app is offered, so a restore or reinstall still works. Usage events are kept for 24 months. Website requests are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. We do not add anyone to a marketing list. If you ask us to delete your data (below), we delete the records tied to your install ID and ask our providers to do the same.

Your choices

Children

The app is a construction tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The app talks to our service over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, when we can, say so in the app. Questions: [email protected].
