Restore a purchase

Bought the unlock on another phone or reinstalled the app? Open the unlock screen and tap Restore. Use the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.

Your free trial

A new install gets a free trial, normally seven days, timed by our service's clock. A school or partner code may set a different length. Details are in the Terms of Use.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. Request a refund from the store you bought from: Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Google Play order history.

Delete your data

Email us from your phone and include your install ID. What we keep, and how deletion works, is in the Privacy Policy.

Report a wrong result

Send the keys you pressed, what the app showed, and what you expected. We treat an incorrect result as a bug.
